We hope you are happy with your purchase, however, if you received a damaged plant or pot please contact us within two days of delivery to receive a replacement. Simply take a picture of the damaged plant or pot and send it to or use this form. You can also receive a replacement through our Report Damage Page. Our sales team will remain in contact with you and will send you a replaced plant or pot for whatever was damaged during the course of shipping. Any replacement sent to you because of damaged items will be sent free of charge. Returns are not accepted.
