How We Ship

Succulent Market ships on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and depending on your location Thursdays. We ship on these days to ensures plants arrive as fresh as possible. When packaging plants we follow a 5-step process to protect your order.

1. Your product is first wrapped.

2. Then boxed to secure plants during shipping.

3. Crinkle paper is used to prevent plant damage.

4. Clay pots are wrapped in bubble wrap.

Shipping live plants can be concerning. Not to worry. We will replace anything that is damaged during the course of shipping free of charge. Simply email your name, order number, and pictures of the damaged product to sales@succulentmarket.com or go to our report damaged items page within two days of receiving the shipment.
